ABOUT CHEF CARLOS
Executive Chef Carlos Resendiz's roots lie in Durango, Mexico. After graduating from culinary school, he began his culinary career at the world-renowned top Caters in Chicago since 1993. Spending years as the executive and field chef, some of the people he had the honor of preparing food for were President Clinton, President Bush, President Obama and The Royal Princess Diana. After honing his culinary skills through years of experience in renowned restaurants Chef Carlos has become well-known for his ability to blend unique flavors and create culinary masterpieces.
Driven by his unwavering love for food and the desire to share his creations with as many people as possible, Chef Carlos decided to embark on a new adventure. In 2022, he opened his own kosher catering company called Centurion Catering, aiming to bring the same level of culinary excellence found in the finest restaurants to a wide range of events and occasions. Chef Carlos has meticulously designed the menu to showcase his signature style and to elevate the kosher dining experiences of his clients and their guests to new heights.
